Colour research

Since I have worked a lot with black and white previously in this project, I wanted to research and find out more about colour theory and different colour schemes. Below is a sketchbook page exploring this.

 

I decided to research different colour schemes, such as complementary, triadic and analogous, as well as what impact their use can have on a piece of work. On the right hand side, I tested those out myself, to see what would look best. 

Continuing on, I would like to implement this research into my work, as well as using colour to create a certain atmosphere and evoke particular emotions or feelings.
